Every time you wish to book our services, please check our Terms and Conditions to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time. Note that before placing an order you will be asked to agree to the current Terms and Conditions. Please click on the button marked “I agree to Terms and Conditions” during the order process if you accept the Service Terms. If you refuse to accept these Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to book any services listed on our Mobile App.

ELIGIBILITY:
In order to book services through our Mobile App, you will be requested to provide your personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. You will also be required to provide payment details. By entering your payment details you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
Individuals must have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to MmmBeach, applications must have authorised MmmBeach to process a charge on their credit card for the purchase price for the services.
If you register on the Mobile App, you will have an email address/username and password for your MmmBeach account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and for restricting access to your mobile (device). You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide only current, complete, accurate and truthful information. If you are accessing and using the Mobile App on someone else’s behalf, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person as the principal to all Terms and Conditions provided herein, and to the extent you do not have such authority you agree to be bound to these Terms and Conditions and to accept liability for harm caused by any wrongful use of the App or Content resulting from such access or use.
We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if our Terms and Conditions are violated or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in our best interests to do so.
By making an offer to purchase services from us, you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and, where MmmBeach considers necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your credit-card number, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation or to authorise individual purchase transactions. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about how we use your personal information.
We reserve the right to only accept booking order from those over 18 as legislated by the relevant state of residence.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION:
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our services on the Site and Mobile App, however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product or service descriptions, information or other content available on the Site and App are totally accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
The images of the Services we offer on our Mobile App are for illustrative purposes only.
PRICING POLICY:
We take great care to ensure that prices are accurate, although all prices are subject to change prior to the agreement between us being formed.
It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the Services on our mobile app may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Services you have ordered, we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions.
Prices shown on the App are in EUROS and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change effective immediately upon posting to the App or other form of notification.
All prices for our services include VAT.
We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest experience. Although we make every effort to keep our Mobile Application updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
INTENDED USE:
By placing an order with MmmBeach, you agree to use the services only for their intended purpose. If you use the services for any other purpose, you will assume full responsibility for any personal issue arising out of this use.
COPYRIGHT:
All content on MmmBeach website and Mobile App, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, audio and video clips and data compilations is the property of MmmBeach or its content suppliers and protected by Cypriot and international copyright laws.
NO COMMERCIAL USE:
MmmBeach Site and Mobile App are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content, software, products or services contained within this Site. You may not use our Site and Mobile App or any of its Content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own website or otherwise.
THIRD PARTY SITES:
MmmBeach may include on their Site and Mobile App links owned by other parties. MmmBeach is not in any way responsible for the material contained on these sites. MmmBeach does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, including advertising or products offered on these sites, nor is MmmBeach responsible for any damage, offence or loss caused as the result of visiting these websites.
MmmBeach recommends that before you visit any website you check that your computer is running up-to-date virus checking software.
RELATIONSHIP:
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended or created between you and us by these terms and conditions.
FORCE MAJEURE
MmmBeach will not be responsible for any delay, suspension or failure arising out of any circumstances outside of our reasonable control, such as acts of God, governmental actions, strikes, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, an act or omission of a third party, inability to obtain any necessary materials, equipment, facilities or services, the failure of performance provided by others, internet interruption or virus, accidents or breakdown of plant, machinery, software, hardware or communication network.
SERVICE TERMS:
All bookings are done through MmmBeach App only and a full pre-payment is required for your booking.
Please arrive / be at the beach (service appointment location) with a minimum of 15 minutes in advance.
Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next booking.
As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm all appointments. You are invited to telephone, as well, prior to your appointment to confirm exact times, services, and ask any questions you may have.
We understand that sometimes, being late or no longer being able to attend your appointment is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.
As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments at least few hours prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the missed refund.
If for any reason, MmmBeach needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Please allow at least 8 hours for appointment changes or cancellation. No-show appointments or appointments cancelled less than 8 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged the full service price. Please understand that time was reserved for you and it is extremely difficult to fill that time slot with little notice. Thank you for understanding.
At least 8 hour notice for group and package bookings is required for all cancellations. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the cost of the service should this policy be disregarded.
If you wish to change or postpone your service time and day, please inform us with at least 3 hours ahead of time. Please understand that all of our service providers have a strict schedule.
If the service provider has cancelled your appointment, we will try to schedule with another service provider for a different time. If no other service providers are available, a full refund will be issued.
All refunds are issued within 48 hours and money will be returned to the payment source.
Please note that, MmmBeach is not responsible for any additional fees that your payment provider / bank may charge for the transfer. MmmBeach will refund the exact same amount received for your service.
AGE RESTRICTIONS:
The minimum age for clients to receive MmmBeach services unattended by an adult / parent is 18 years of age. MmmBeach does not withhold from Working with Children below 18 years of age as long as they are accompanied by an adult or parent.
Under no circumstances are children to be left unattended on the beach / service location. Children and babies are under no circumstances able to be present at the beach without an accompanying adult.
